Login System
The Santa Fe Dry Good’s login system is a custom built interface that allows customers to access their sales history, update their personal information, access products before public release, create wishlists and view stylist recommendations in one centralized location. For the elite clients, it opens up access to checking out online through an approval system without charging a credit card.
CONTEXT
Within the realm of retail, two underlining themes always present themselves: sales and customer care. When starting development for our new website and login system, we reached out to our stylists to research and see if there was anything that would create ease in not only their communication with clients, but within their daily work.

We aimed to provide a platform that allowed clients to engage with their stylists through an interactive and visually appealing platform, that allowed access to their sales history, personal information and most recent products.

How do we create an infustucture that allows our clients to accces their peronsal information and sales history, while introducing an interface for our stylists to interact
RESEARCH
We identified the main challenges we believed to be involved in client management, communication and outreach. We interviewed stylists and clients to get a broader perspective of those difficulties.
IDEATION
With our findings we brainstormed possible solutions, tools and features we would like the interface to have in order to improve our client outreach and could cater to different types of people. We started doing quick sketches, corrections and additions and tested them along the way.
VISUAL LANGUAGE
We wanted to give the interface an appealing look that would be both simple and easy to navigate for any audience. We checked various references, patterns, colors, and typographic combinations to get the impact we desired.
CONCLUSIONS
We finalized the structure and design for the online feature and concentrated our stylists into the most useful activities for the new interface: effectively browsing clients sales and data in one place, create custom stylist recommendations and send personalized email campaigns to clients with their product recommendations.
We were extremely satisfied with the results we achieved after launching the new website/ login system and stylist picks feature. The return of investment was obtained in 6 months after launching and our stylists found the new interface was not only easy to use, but it increased their monthly sales.
